Designing, developing, and maintaining robust systems and services, the full-time remote ServiceNow Systems Engineer will implement software engineering best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage system upgrades and optimizations.
Key responsibilities
- Implement software engineering best practices to ensure system performance and security
- Develop, implement, and support systems and services for reliable operations
- Manage upgrades, migrations, and new implementations while resolving efficiency issues
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in systems engineering
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong background in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL
- Experience with infrastructure/systems lifecycle methodology
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential
