Job Summary
Seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect with CTA certification, this full-time remote position will provide technical leadership and architectural expertise across complex ServiceNow initiatives, focusing on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions while acting as a trusted advisor to customers and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical architecture lead for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and integrations
- Design and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows based on business requirements
- Provide technical oversight for various ServiceNow products, ensuring solutions meet performance and security standards
Required Qualifications
- Current ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience in complex enterprise environments
- 7+ years of overall application development and SDLC experience, including Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong experience with ServiceNow SPM and HRSD solutions, including integrations and custom application design
