ServiceNow Technical Architect
Job Summary
Leading high-impact digital transformation initiatives, the remote contract ServiceNow Technical Architect will define, design, and govern scalable platform architectures while collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable enterprise solutions and integrations across cloud and on-premises environments
- Engage with stakeholders to analyze functional and non-functional requirements, delivering clear architectural blueprints and estimations
- Govern the implementation of architectural designs while establishing best practices, reference models, and design patterns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 8-10+ years of overall IT experience focused on application hosting and solution architecture
- 5+ years of dedicated experience as a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) in platform architecture and solution design
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server) and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML)
- US Citizenship, Green Card, or Permanent Residency
