ServiceNow Technical Developer
Job Summary
To enhance ServiceNow solutions, the remote Sr. ServiceNow Technical Developer will design, develop, and configure applications across various modules, focusing on AI-enabled capabilities and automation in a 12+ month contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, GlideScript, and platform best practices
- Develop and enhance AI Agent products, including Technical Design Agents and Configuration Agents
- Build and maintain integrations with external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory
- Practical implementation experience with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, and SAM modules
- Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestration
- Exposure to Now Assist and AI Agent development is preferred
