Job Summary
Supporting an Agile ServiceNow program for DoD customers, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Test Engineer will develop test procedures and execute test cases while collaborating with Solution Architects and ensuring timely resolution of identified bugs in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to understand implementation details and scope of release capabilities
- Develop and execute test procedures, cases, and data to ensure acceptance criteria are met
- Create and maintain documentation related to testing, including test plans and regression test suites
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience as a Test Engineer in an Agile development environment
- ServiceNow CSA certification required
- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and test management
- Ability to obtain a Security+ or equivalent Certification
