Job Summary
Leading the testing strategy for the Department of Veterans Affairs enterprise ServiceNow platform, the full-time remote ServiceNow Testing Lead will manage manual and automated testing, oversee code quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate test plans aligned with project timelines and platform upgrades
- Establish testing processes and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for priority projects
- Define and govern the Automated Test Framework (ATF) strategy and implementation
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related discipline (or 10 years of relevant experience)
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including extensive hands-on testing of ServiceNow applications
- Expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Test Management 2.0
- Experience leading UAT with business and government stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and experience with code reviews
