Job Summary
Seeking a creative ServiceNow UI/UX Developer for a remote, contract position focused on enhancing user experiences within the ServiceNow platform, responsible for designing intuitive interfaces and collaborating with developers to ensure seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the UX design strategy, translating business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and final UI designs
- Design and build responsive interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder and other tools, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UI designs with workflows and support platform upgrades
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development, with 2-3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow UI experience
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow UI Builder, Service Portal, and Employee Center frameworks
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
- Solid understanding of user-centric design methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale portals or digital experiences in HR or employee-facing domains
