Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Services Advisor will diagnose critical business needs, design comprehensive project scopes, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to enhance client-specific services opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Services Delivery teams to identify and pursue client-specific service opportunities
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Present project methodology and timelines to executive-level stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure organizational readiness
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting, specifically managing complex software implementations
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry with knowledge of agency workflows
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with API's, database technology, and integration strategies
- Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI tools to improve workflows
