Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Services Advisor will diagnose critical business needs, architect comprehensive project scopes, and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Services Delivery teams to identify and pursue client-specific service opportunities
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with agency stakeholders to understand requirements and design professional services project scopes
- Effectively present project methodologies and secure buy-in from executive-level stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting, specifically managing complex software implementations
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry with domain knowledge of insurance agency workflows
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with API's, database technology, and integration strategy
- Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI tools to improve workflows
