Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Services Advisor will diagnose critical business needs, architect comprehensive project scopes, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to enhance client services within the insurance industry.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with agency stakeholders to understand their requirements and determine appropriate consulting engagements
- Design end-to-end professional services project scopes and develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) that define project boundaries and deliverables
- Effectively present project methodology, scope, and timelines to executive-level stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure organizational readiness
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting, specifically in managing or scoping complex software implementations
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry with domain knowledge of insurance agency workflows
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with API's, database technology, and integration strategy
- Demonstrated interest and aptitude in AI tools to improve workflows
