Services Researcher

Job Summary

To support the growth of a mental health services directory, the part-time contract Services Researcher will verify service records, label services based on screening criteria, and identify unlisted services while working remotely with the Services Research Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and complete service records, including address, hours, and costs
• Label services according to screening criteria and provide evidence for each classification
• Identify and research new services to expand the directory in various locations

Required qualifications

• Experience in research requiring accuracy and source citation, such as in resource directories or civic data teams
• Ability to communicate effectively with unfamiliar organizations to obtain clear information
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in spreadsheet management
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to verify their outputs
• Background in social work, counseling, or public health is a plus
