Services Researcher

Job Summary

To support the growth of a mental health services directory, the part-time contract Services Researcher will verify and complete service records, label services against screening criteria, and identify new services for listing while working remotely under the guidance of the Services Research Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and complete service records, including address, hours, and costs
• Label services according to screening criteria, providing evidence for each entry
• Research and identify new services to add as new locations are developed

Required qualifications

• Experience in research where accuracy is critical, such as in resource directories or fact-checking
• Ability to contact organizations and obtain clear information
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing spreadsheets
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to verify their outputs
• Interest in supporting individuals seeking mental health services
