Job Summary
To support the servicing operation, the full-time remote Servicing Analyst I will be responsible for reporting, reconciliation, and data support, preparing reports, researching data exceptions, and assisting with investor and client reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepares and distributes daily, weekly, and monthly servicing reports on volume, aging, and productivity
- Reconciles billing and payment data between various systems and researches variances to resolution
- Supports investor and client reporting by gathering source data and performing accuracy checks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 0-2+ years of related experience in analysis, reporting, or servicing operations; internship experience considered
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile large data sets accurately
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining findings to non-analysts
