Settlement Coordinator - Florida

Job Summary

To support a growing pre-litigation team, the full-time Settlement Coordinator - Florida will manage lemon law cases from demand to funded settlement, coordinating with manufacturers and clients while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate repurchase and cash-and-keep figures, including incidental damages and offsets
• Track settlements, offers, and counter-offers, and communicate with attorneys regarding responses
• Coordinate vehicle surrender logistics and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding settlements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in a law firm, claims, or settlement role, preferably in consumer or plaintiff-side litigation
• Experience reading and summarizing financial documents such as purchase contracts and loan payoff statements
• Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for calculations
• Familiarity with case management systems (e.g., Filevine, Clio)
• Professional written communication skills with clients and opposing counsel
