Job Summary
A company is looking for a Network Engineer to manage applications for clients using a network management system, gather data from network devices, and provide support and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide access to new users for applications
- Support network management systems and tools
- Maintain and monitor connectivity, create tickets, add/delete devices, and gather data
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a Network/Systems Engineer
- Experience with a network management system from an administration standpoint
- Understanding and usage of SNMP Protocol, MIBs, and OIDs
- Proficient in scripting (shell/python) and debugging/support in Linux environments
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (highly preferred)
