Shared Services Transactions Representative

Job Summary

Managing basic data transaction activities across HR systems, the full-time Shared Services Transactions Representative will support new hire onboarding and teammate life cycle processes remotely while striving to meet service levels and improve overall satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry and process administration
• Execute standard employee data transactions in Oracle and Service Now, escalating complex issues as needed
• Process employee data changes and corrections while conducting data integrity audits

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Data entry or administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Demonstrated initiative and commitment to high-quality work
