Shift Leader
Job Summary
Overseeing the operational performance of Youth Care Workers, the full-time Shift Leader for the 2nd shift will ensure compliance with contractual requirements and provide line-of-sight supervision of minors at an on-site children's residential facility in San Benito, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Provides direct supervision of youth case workers and maintains line-of-sight supervision of unaccompanied minors
- Completes required documentation and supervisory logs for all staff supervised in a timely manner
- Ensures safety and compliance with Urban Strategies and state regulations while maintaining a clean and orderly work area
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with youths or in a similar environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Valid Driver's License and flexible schedule
- Competency in Office 0365 and safety protocols
