Shopify Transitions Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the successful transition and ongoing operational effectiveness of the Shopify platform, the full-time Shopify Transitions Specialist will manage issue resolution, collaborate cross-functionally, and optimize platform performance, with the possibility of remote work depending on candidate location.
Key responsibilities
- Track and manage outstanding issues and support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders
- Collaborate with Project Managers and the Learning and Development team to create and update training materials and process documentation
- Provide day-to-day support to team members on Shopify-related processes and facilitate training sessions for field teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience with retail store systems, product management, business analysis, and/or retail technology
- Experience with Shopify implementation
- Highly analytical and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
