Job Summary

Managing daily shopper risk and fraud prevention operations, the full-time hourly Shopper Risk Operations Team Lead will oversee team performance, analyze fraud trends, and recommend process improvements while working remotely in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Measure and track team and individual performance to meet departmental metrics
• Analyze data to identify fraud trends and recommend enhancements to processes and products
• Coach team members and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Minimum two years of management experience in e-commerce or banking operations
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software, such as Google Suite or Microsoft Office
• Experience in analyzing data and making impactful decisions in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated experience using large language model tools for productivity enhancement
