Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Short Term Disability Claims Specialist will conduct interviews with claimants, review medical records, and make timely claim determinations while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Communicating with claimants, employers, and medical professionals to gather information regarding claims
