SIEM Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the SIEM Engineer will implement CrowdStrike's Next-Gen SIEM solutions, support SOC efforts, and collaborate with clients to enhance security monitoring and incident response processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement SIEM solutions, including log configuration, tool setup, and alert creation for CrowdStrike's Falcon Next-Gen SIEM and LogScale
• Support SOC operations by detecting, investigating, and analyzing security events from CrowdStrike Falcon and other tools
• Develop and maintain documentation for security procedures and deliver exceptional client service throughout project lifecycles

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a SIEM Engineer or similar role, with Next-Gen SIEM/LogScale experience required
• Degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon LogScale and proficiency in CrowdStrike Query Language (CQL)
• In-depth knowledge of security monitoring, incident response, and threat hunting techniques
• Familiarity with security solutions such as SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and Firewall
