Signal Integrity Technical Trainer
Job Summary
To enhance the skills of internal engineering teams, the part-time Signal Integrity Technical Trainer will design and deliver advanced training programs focused on Signal Integrity and Power Integrity, bridging high-level electromagnetic theory with practical high-speed hardware design.
Key responsibilities
- Design comprehensive training modules for various engineering levels covering Signal Integrity and Power Integrity
- Create learning exercises and lead discussions on time-domain/frequency domain analysis, crosstalk, jitter, and PDN impedance targets
- Guide engineers through simulation workflows using industry-standard EDA tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of hands-on industry experience specializing in Signal Integrity or High-Speed Hardware Design
- Experience in harsh environments relevant to hardware design
