Single Event Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the Sr. Director of Single Event, the full-time remote Single Event Operations Specialist will manage workflows, enhance data quality, and develop reporting metrics to optimize lien resolution processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and document current workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with Product and Development teams
- Maintain and clean customer and metric data, addressing gaps and recurring issues to ensure data accuracy
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) while developing necessary reports and dashboards to measure operational success
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an operations, data, reporting, or process improvement role
- Working knowledge of lien resolution, personal injury, healthcare claims, or medical billing workflows
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and data cleaning
- Experience documenting workflows and communicating operational needs to technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
