SIOP Analyst
Job Summary
To connect demand, supply, inventory, and financial planning across the business, the remote SIOP Analyst will lead the monthly SIOP cycle, develop dashboards and reporting tools, and deliver data-driven insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and enhance the monthly SIOP cycle, including various reviews and executive meetings
- Develop demand plans and evaluate supply plans to align with commercial and financial goals
- Build reporting tools and analyze performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations to leadership
Required qualifications
- Experience in SIOP, demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP or MRP systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data to business outcomes
- Experience leading cross-functional meetings and influencing decisions
- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, Analytics, or a related field is preferred
