SIOP Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the fully remote SIOP Analyst will connect demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial planning while enhancing SIOP processes and delivering data-driven insights across various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and improve the monthly SIOP cycle, including various review meetings and dashboard enhancements
- Develop demand plans and evaluate supply plans in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Monitor inventory performance and implement strategies to improve working capital while maintaining service levels
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, SIOP, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI or similar tools
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SyteLine
- Understanding of integrated supply chain planning, including forecasting and inventory management
