Site Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

To support the expansion strategy of a growing organization, the full-time salaried Site Acquisition Manager will conduct site evaluations and acquisition activities while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate sites for acquisition to facilitate the company's expansion strategy and meet key growth objectives
• Coordinate the evaluation of power procurement, entitlements, development feasibility, and customer requirements to assist in the prioritization of sites
• Manage the acquisition process from identification through closing by negotiating purchase agreements and supporting due diligence efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in development, investments, brokerage, or similar, with specific experience in acquisition or development
• 5+ years of experience in data center site selection or development
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
