Site Activation Manager

Job Summary

As a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team, the full-time Site Activation Manager will manage study start-up and maintenance activities, oversee project activities for site activation, and ensure timely tracking and analysis of site activation processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of communication and accountability for study start-up and maintenance activities on assigned projects
• Oversee project activities of functional groups involved in site activation to ensure critical path activities are completed on-time and within budget
• Effectively communicate project status to the Sponsor, GPL/CPM, and project team

Required qualifications

• A minimum four-year college degree in medical, biological, physical, health, pharmacy, or related science, or equivalent education/training with clinical research experience
• At least 4 years of experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Start-up Management, Project Management, or Site Management
• Proficient in cross-cultural communication and both spoken and written English
• Strong leadership and organizational management skills
• Ability to motivate, lead, and engage a team in a fast-paced environment
