Site Budgeting and Contracting Specialist

Job Summary

To support a global team, the full-time remote Site Budgeting and Contracting Specialist will manage the preparation of country site budgets, assist in negotiating site agreement budgets, and ensure compliance with legal standards while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and manage their execution in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with legal standards
• Generate and manage site budgets based on approved country budgets, researching medical procedure costs for accuracy
• Coordinate contract tracking and updates, ensuring accuracy of information and preparing for internal audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent scientific/commercial higher vocational education
• 2+ years of budget and contract negotiation experience at the CRO level
• Direct site-facing experience with a solid understanding of standard contract language
• Experience in the healthcare field, pharmaceutical industry, or clinical research preferred
• 2+ years of global experience building budget templates
