Site Contract Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Site Contract Manager will prepare, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements and budgets while supporting the clinical team in contract management and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and negotiate clinical trial agreements and ancillary contracts with clinical trial sites or oversee a Clinical Research Organization's contract negotiations
- Manage the contract amendment lifecycle and ensure compliance with overall study costs and guidelines
- Provide recommendations to improve processes, reduce cycle time, and enhance efficiency in clinical trial site initiation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research
- 2+ years of experience in negotiation and contracts
- Demonstrated understanding of the clinical development process and healthcare compliance regulations
- Strong negotiation and problem resolution skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management
