Site Contracts Lead

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of Site Contracts, the full-time remote Site Contracts Lead will oversee the implementation of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, and other contract documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards and study timelines while serving as a liaison with clients and country experts.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate terms of Site Contract templates with sponsors and manage all steps of the contract process in alignment with study timelines
• Review and advise on budget changes requested by investigator sites, serving as a liaison with sponsors to negotiate solutions
• Assist in the development and maintenance of contract templates, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements and industry standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience in contract negotiation and management within the biotech, medtech, or pharmaceutical industries
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for clinical trial agreements
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience mentoring and training junior staff in contractual processes
