Site Contracts Specialist
Job Summary
To support clinical trial startup activities, the full-time remote Site Contracts Specialist will prepare, negotiate, and execute site agreements, ensuring compliance while collaborating with clinical sites, sponsors, and legal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and customize contract templates and site agreement documentation for clinical trials
- Lead negotiations of site contract language, budgets, and amendments through execution
- Conduct quality reviews of contracts and maintain accurate contract tracking tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Science, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical, or related legal fields
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations
- Experience negotiating contract terms and budgets with clinical research sites
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and contract management systems
