Site Expert for Georgia Tech

Job Summary

To build a vibrant community around the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, the remote-based Site Expert will be responsible for writing a minimum of 20 articles monthly, editing team contributions, and managing social media engagement while working as a contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Write and publish at least 20 articles each month, contributing to a total of 50 articles for the site
• Edit and provide feedback on articles from team contributors, suggesting topic ideas as needed
• Manage the site's social media accounts, engaging with fans and sharing articles creatively

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in writing and content creation, particularly in sports or fandom-related topics
• Ability to write clearly and effectively in English
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Twitter and Facebook
• Strong understanding of community building and audience engagement strategies
• Availability to commit to a minimum article output and support team contributors
