Site Laboratory Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting site selection and laboratory-related activities, the full-time Site Laboratory Specialist will review study documents, manage laboratory kit orders, and develop training for clinical teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review study documents related to laboratory support and assist with site selection and initiation activities
- Monitor laboratory metrics and KPIs at the site level, ensuring effective communication between laboratories and the project team
- Develop and deliver training on laboratory procedures and best practices to study teams and clinical sites
Required qualifications
- University or college degree in Life Sciences
- Full working proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
- At least 4 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- Prior experience in the clinical research industry is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
