Site Origination Analyst
Job Summary
To support the East PV Grid Tie team, the full-time Site Origination Analyst will be responsible for delivering land assets for Solar and BESS projects, coordinating site assessments, and building relationships with landowners while working from Boston, MA.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating with the Head of Origination to identify prospective sites using GIS and other platforms
- Performing site diligence, including environmental reviews and utility infrastructure analysis
- Negotiating land lease and purchase agreements while maintaining relationships with landowners throughout the development process
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sustainable business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in land origination, renewable technology, or similar fields
- Experience using GIS platforms and CRM tools like Salesforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
