Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
As a Site Reliability Engineer, this full-time remote position will ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of a mission-critical SaaS platform while automating operational tasks and collaborating across teams to enhance customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage system alerts, monitor health, and escalate issues to maintain high availability
- Lead incident response efforts and conduct thorough Root Cause Analyses to prevent future occurrences
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, focusing on AWS and Kubernetes environments
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud networking and services, including IAM, VPCs, and load balancers
- Proficiency in EKS/Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies
- Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and Helm
- Operational experience with relational databases in production environments, such as AWS RDS/PostgreSQL
