Job Summary
Owning the reliability and deployment automation of the platform, the full-time Site Reliability Engineer will monitor system health, manage incident responses, and develop observability tools while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor dashboards and system telemetry to detect health issues and reliability risks
- Own the debugging and incident response process, exercising judgment on escalation
- Build logging, monitoring, and observability tooling to enhance SRE practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or software engineering
- Hands-on experience with monitoring production systems and incident response
- Knowledge of AWS cloud technologies and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
- Experience with Python, Bash, or other scripting languages
- U.S. Citizenship status and TS/SCI Clearance required
