Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the development and operation of a Kubernetes-based platform, the remote Site Reliability Engineer - Platform Engineering will manage Kubernetes clusters, optimize platform performance, and enhance operational efficiency through automation in regulated environments.
Key responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and support Kubernetes clusters across on-premises and AWS environments to ensure reliability and operational stability
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance while participating in on-call rotations
- Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code tools to improve operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles
- Strong hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments
- Solid Linux administration skills in enterprise environments
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Go, or Ruby
