Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Site Reliability Engineer, this remote role will manage the deployment of software for Cloud Prem and SaaS customers, respond to system incidents, and collaborate with engineers to ensure the reliability and performance of critical infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy software and respond to system incidents, minimizing downtime and user impact
- Collaborate with engineers to diagnose issues, implement resolutions, and improve incident response processes
- Monitor infrastructure health, perform routine administrative tasks, and develop automated solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering
- 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms and automation tools, particularly AWS
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Linux, and Terraform
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
