Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Site Reliability Engineer for a remote, full-time position, responsible for deploying software for Cloud Prem and SAAS customers, responding to system incidents, and collaborating with engineers to enhance infrastructure performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Deploy software and respond to system incidents to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with engineers to identify root causes and implement resolutions
- Monitor infrastructure health and develop automated solutions to improve operational efficiency
Required qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering
- 2+ years of experience with AWS and cloud automation tools
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Linux, and Terraform
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
