Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
To ensure the security and stability of a FedRAMP cloud platform, the contract Site Reliability Engineer will manage and remediate vulnerabilities, automate processes for efficient remediation, and collaborate with engineering teams, working remotely for a duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve security vulnerabilities across cloud infrastructure and applications
- Automate vulnerability remediation processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and distributed systems issues
Required Qualifications:
- Practical experience with vulnerability management tools and processes
- Proficiency in infrastructure automation with Ansible
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting cloud-based production environments
- Focus on vulnerability management and dependency management for common programming languages
