Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Site Reliability Engineer will maintain, monitor, and improve the reliability and performance of a cloud platform while supporting Azure services and incident management.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain production cloud environments to ensure platform availability and performance
- Participate in incident response activities and conduct root cause analysis to minimize service impact
- Provide Level 3 support for customer-reported incidents and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Operations, or a related role
- Hands-on experience supporting production cloud environments, particularly with Microsoft Azure services
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL, Azure Storage, and Azure Front Door
- Proficiency in implementing monitoring and observability solutions using Datadog
