Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development and maintenance of a Kubernetes-based platform, the long-term contract Site Reliability Engineer will work remotely to enhance platform reliability, scalability, and security while focusing on automation and compliance-driven initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and support Kubernetes clusters across on-premises and AWS environments
- Monitor platform reliability and performance through observability and troubleshooting activities
- Develop automation tools and processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention
Required qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related infrastructure roles
- Strong hands-on experience managing and supporting Kubernetes clusters in production
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms
- Strong Linux administration skills, including troubleshooting and infrastructure support
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform or CloudFormation
