Job Summary
Seeking a remote contract Site Reliability Engineer, the role focuses on deploying software for Cloud Prem and SaaS customers, diagnosing system incidents, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance infrastructure reliability and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy software for Cloud Prem and SaaS customers while monitoring and maintaining infrastructure health
- Respond to and resolve system incidents, collaborating with engineering teams to identify root causes
- Develop automation scripts to streamline operational tasks and participate in on-call rotations for technical support
Required qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering
- Proficiency in Python coding
- 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms and automation tools, particularly AWS
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Linux, AWS networking (VPC), and Terraform
