Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
To ensure the reliability and performance of critical infrastructure in a cloud-based environment, the contract Site Reliability Engineer will deploy software for Cloud Prem and SaaS customers, respond to system incidents, and collaborate with engineering teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy software for Cloud Prem and SaaS customers while monitoring and maintaining infrastructure health
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve system incidents to minimize downtime
- Develop automation scripts and collaborate with customer technical teams on deployment and integration challenges
Required qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering
- 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms and automation tools, particularly AWS
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Linux, AWS networking (VPC), and Terraform
- Ability to articulate Python code quickly
