Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Sr. Site Reliability Engineer to work remotely in a full-time capacity, this role will manage the migration from legacy Azure services to a Kubernetes-driven microservices architecture, ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability while collaborating closely with engineering and data teams.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and implementation of Kubernetes-based infrastructure and tooling
- Drive the development of CI/CD pipelines and champion Infrastructure-as-Code practices
- Lead incident response efforts and implement observability practices for system reliability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
- Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages
- Experience with observability and monitoring in cloud environments
