Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Experienced Site Reliability Engineers will find a contract opportunity focused on enhancing system reliability and operational standards while working remotely in the healthcare industry.
Key responsibilities
- Define and operationalize SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, and service performance metrics across multiple teams
- Improve observability maturity and monitoring practices using tools like Grafana
- Manage incident response and conduct root cause analysis to ensure system availability and resilience
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code and automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
- Familiarity with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and data engineering pipelines using Airflow
