Job Summary
Owning the production infrastructure at scale, the full-time Site Reliability Engineer will manage compute, networking, and storage for cloud services while ensuring availability and performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and upgrade Kubernetes clusters, ensuring they remain healthy under varying loads
- Design and manage VPC architectures and networking components for optimal connectivity and performance
- Lead incident response efforts, driving resolution and implementing durable fixes to prevent future occurrences
Required qualifications
- Deep expertise in AWS services including VPC, EC2, EKS, and S3
- Experience managing production Kubernetes environments at scale
- Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure management and automation
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP and load balancing
- Ability to write code in Python, Go, or Rust for automation and tooling purposes
