Job Summary
Owning the reliability of payment, payables, and banking platforms, the full-time Site Reliability Engineer will manage monitoring, alerting, and incident response while working remotely or onsite in Alpharetta, GA.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and optimize monitoring systems, dashboards, and alerts to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead incident response efforts and facilitate blameless postmortems to drive continuous improvement
- Automate processes through scripting and infrastructure as code to reduce manual toil
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of software, systems, or DevOps engineering experience, with at least 2 years in SRE or production operations
- Production on-call experience, including incident response and postmortems
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in a scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Go, TypeScript)
- Experience with infrastructure as code (preferably Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines
