Job Summary
To enhance the reliability and operability of production services in a 24/7 SaaS environment, the full-time remote Site Reliability Engineer will apply software and systems engineering practices, partnering with various technology teams to improve availability, performance, and operational automation.
Key responsibilities
- Own and enhance the use of Datadog for actionable reliability insights across metrics, logs, and alerts
- Design and maintain high-availability critical systems supporting the SaaS platform
- Drive incident management for production events, coordinating triage and root cause analysis
Required qualifications
- BS degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or SRE
- Experience with cloud-based technologies; Azure and Kubernetes preferred
- Strong Linux systems and networking fundamentals with troubleshooting experience
- Proficiency in scripting and operational automation using Bash, PowerShell, or Python
