Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team, the full-time salaried Site Reliability Engineer Team Lead will oversee the performance, security, and reliability of client environments across a multi-cloud ecosystem, while mentoring team members and driving improvements in infrastructure and client experience, with the flexibility to work hybrid or fully remote within the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the SRE team, managing work assignments and fostering a collaborative culture
- Own day-to-day operations of client hosting environments, ensuring performance and proactive issue resolution
- Architect secure hosting solutions and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in systems administration or cloud infrastructure, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure services and strong experience with Windows Server and IIS
- Working knowledge of AWS infrastructure, including EC2, RDS, and S3
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools and CI/CD pipeline management in Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and a solid understanding of cloud security principles
